The Point Return Policy
The Point is unable to offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit only.
Merchandise that has not been worn, torn, or washed may be exchanged for an item of the same value, applied to a gift card, or applied to an account for store credit. You must have your receipt in order to exchange an item.
All hard good sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Hard goods include but are not limited to decks, trucks, wheels, bearings, grip tape, hardware, completes, longboards, and protective gear.
All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Damaged or Defective Items
Send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 181 Fountain Court, Fairview, TX, 75069, United States. In your email please provide a description and picture of the damage or defect.
Online Order Refunds (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
